Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Juniper Foods is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
