Westbrook Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
