Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Vale Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tucson and nearby communities, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
