Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Drift Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
