Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Property Management manages apartment communities around Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
