Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
