Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Clear Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
