Greenridge Glen Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
