Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Construction and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
