Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Facilities and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
