Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tampa with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
