Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Summit Auto Group is a Tampa company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
