Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Associates is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
