Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Spokane presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
