Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Summit Auto Group is a Spokane company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
