Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Summit Junction Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Spokane area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
