Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Cedar West Care Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
