Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
