Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Bright Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
