Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Quarry Freight is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
