Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Willow Medical is a Seattle company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
