Lumen Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
