Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 736 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
