Redstone Hollow Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
