Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
