Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Studio helps transport agencies around Savannah design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
