Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Kestrel Staffing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
