Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Fern Foods produces packaged foods at its Salt Lake City plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
