Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Salt Lake City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
