Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
