Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Glen Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Sacramento. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
