Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Sacramento focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
