Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Glen Hospitality and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
