Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Vista Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Rochester and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 441 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
