Bright Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
