Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Wren Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
