Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Nest Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
