Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Ashton Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
