Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

Nova Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Rochester with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
