Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
