Westbrook Rowan Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
