Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

Fernwood North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Rochester caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
