Cedar Junction Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
