Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ridge Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
