Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Richmond with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
