Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
