Cedar Lakeside Farms is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
