Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Reno presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
