Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
