Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
